One of the primary issues we wanted to address in our revisions to our application and website is feasibility and practicality. We want to increase efficiency in adding other ticket accounts and increase engagement in social media.  Our mid-fi prototype assists with designing and evaluating most interactive aspects, including navigation, functionality, content, layout and terminology.  There are also sufficient amount of details for usability testing.
