ANALYSIS 2

MOBILE

  • Checkbox text was too small

  • A user wanted to scroll through Search Results of Justin Bieber

  • Two users didn’t care about sharing concert details on social media, one of them expected to see some kind of
points system to accumulate points for rewards such as drinks

  • One user was hesitant to login with Facebook due to privacy

  • One user stated that they prefer purchasing tickets on desktop due to flexibility - there are no visual cues in which section the tickets belong too

DESKTOP

  • The user was annoyed about the font size

  •  The user first clicked on “Concert” on the menu, realizing it didn’t work - he went to the search bar which took him some time to navigate the site for ‘Justin Bieber’
